Problem was they ate all the rat poison sitting outside every building.fmcgmccllchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00184250774341700041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2069358376031242104.post-30315764209270842422012-07-08T11:33:57.243-04:002012-07-08T11:33:57.243-04:00We have far too many Canadian geese, too, but I wo...We have far too many Canadian geese, too, but I wonder if they are being thinned out by the hawks I see nabbing the chicks.Joanne Noragonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09834682329952369721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2069358376031242104.post-12089452306643871772012-07-08T11:06:31.236-04:002012-07-08T11:06:31.236-04:00Sweet! Nice view.

There are Canadian geese like a plague here (although not so many as before) and occasionally, I'll see a goose-feathered splat in the road.

In Florida, it was Muscovy ducks. They could get pretty aggressive. Some Mexican guys were arrested for taking one home for dinner. Not as a guest, but as an entree...

Sometimes, I think the wild turkey might have been a better national symbol. At least they're entertaining to watch when they land on the roof of my garden shed...Becshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03057614535554183360noreply@blogger.com
