No Pictures, please

I keep forgetting to take pictures, I don't know why, I just do.

I did get some fascinating photos but I cannot put them on the blog yet, my supe got the same photos and if he does a search for the photos and content I do not want to pop up as the bloggy employee telling tales of our wretched industry secrets. Not that they are secrets for long. Especially with Mary up there trying real hard to make it real without spilling the beans.

Don't get me wrong, I know nothing and am not trying to cast aspersions on anyone, I just in my own little world believe everyone knew what was going on and acted the deaf/mute when the truth was needed. I remember years ago going to meetings where we were instructed to destroy any records after a certain amount of time. Can't tell you how long as I destroyed the notes. Safety items are the worst. Hate working with them as you are always liable. And, I really do not want to be responsible for killing people. Ever.

On the trip I saw new fawns and their moms out searching for food. I also saw their cousins dead along side the road. Life is harsh and this winter was brutal for the wildlife.

My supe almost made me insane, he is just not right and we spent way too much time together. I am thinking Aspergers as that is the only connection I can think of, he is just odd. I could not wait to escape as I had to drop him at home after the flight, not far only a few miles, so when he asked me if I wanted to drive to end of his street and look at the new homes being built I thought he was being silly. He is silly quite often. He was serious, and seemed hurt when I pulled in his driveway. He stated he thought I would like to see the houses and was I in a hurry to get home. Yes, you dumb fuck, I am in a hurry to get away from you and everyone else and just be alone. I do not want to see new construction on your street and I am never going to move clear across town and live in the same area as you do. No. Never.

We have a new dishwasher, I have not had lessons yet.

  1. Trips to MagicChef in Cleveland, Tennessee in the eighties were a hoot. The best hotel in town was a Holiday Inn and they always put me in a glass fronted room opening onto the steaming, chlorined pool. I always went to the desk and was moved as far away as possible.

  2. The GM safety story is a terrifying one. And it is one of many with the US car industry. It is what stopped me from buying an American car.

    1. I don't "trust" any of them anymore. Watch them like a hawk and make sure to investigate everything.
